Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CYBER AI SECURITY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
CYBER AI SECURITY LLC provides AI-augmented cybersecurity consulting services including but not limited to MDR/MSSP verification, penetration testing, red team operations, incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting, cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, compliance consulting, security architecture review, AI security testing, and security consulting.
3. Engagement Terms
All engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the Company and the client. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace engagement-specific agreements. Payment is required upfront before work begins unless otherwise specified in the MSA.
4. Client Portal
Access to the client portal at portal.cyber-ai-security.com is provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. AI-Augmented Analysis
Our services utilize artificial intelligence to augment human analysis. All AI-generated findings are reviewed and verified by human security professionals before inclusion in deliverables. AI analysis is used to enhance speed and depth of analysis, not to replace professional judgment.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, findings, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. All data handling follows industry best practices for information security.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, tools, methodologies, and deliverables created by CYBER AI SECURITY LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal security purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
CYBER AI SECURITY LLC provides security assessments and recommendations based on available evidence at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities or threats will be identified, nor do we guarantee that implementing our recommendations will prevent future security incidents. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Acceptable Use
Clients agree to provide accurate information, authorize all testing activities in writing before engagement begins, and not use our findings or tools for malicious purposes. Any penetration testing or red team activities will only be performed against systems the client is authorized to test.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable MSA. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
